Ambiente: 3 L'ambiente è accogliente, pulito e ampio. Entrando si trova un atrio molto grande con entrata nella sala tavoli e di fianco algli scalini per entrare nella sala c'è la cassa. Servizio: 5 Camerieri gentilissimi e bravi. Ci hanno dato consigli sempre e dico SEMPRE con il sorriso stampato in faccia. Complimenti! Cibo: 5 Cibo OTTIMO! Ho mangiato una amatriciana ed è stata squisita! Forse un po' troppo pepe (molto pungente) però non importa. Ascoltando i pareri degli altri (eravamo in 9) la carbonara e il cacio e pepe erano squisiti. Da provare lo consiglio.

Ottima cucina romana ad un giusto prezzo. Ero stato pochi giorni prima a Roma in una storica fiaschetteria e La Ciminiera non ha sfigurato nel confronto. Peccato non aver trovato i carciofi alla giudia, riproverò tra qualche settimana.

Totally in love with this restaurant! I ended up going more than once, for dinner and lunch, and had the chance to try several items from the menu (pollo con i peperoni, tortelli cremaschi, bruschetta, pasta cacio and pepe...) and absolutely everything was delicious! Totally recommend getting the full menu, it will be worth it. Besides that, the place is super clean, tidy and the staff is extremely friendly! Strongly recommend getting the pollo con i peperoni with the patate al forno, great combination!

Ottima scoperta e gradevolissimo ambiente!! A cena con amici, piaciuto moltissimo il cibo, la cura dell’impiattamento e la Gentilezza di tutto il personale. I tempi di preparazione e il fatto che il tavolo nonostante fossimo in 9 veniva servito in contemporanea!! Sicuramente ci torneremo! Metto 4 stelle all’ambiente solo perché mo permetto di consigliare qualche pannello fonoassorbente.

Easy lunch Simple no-frills menu, I liked their cuisine because no dish was overly exaggerated with strange ingredients. Portions aren't very large, which suited me fine. Staff were warm and friendly.

Ambiente molto spartano, camerieri gentilissimi e veloci, tempo di attesa il sabato sera nella norma, cibo di ottima qualità. Prezzi onestissimi, e nota SUPER positiva al giorno d’oggi…. Non si paga il coperto. Consigliato a chi piace un ambiente quasi come a casa propria.
